Gas Cylinder Tracking

Introducing e-InterOfficeMail™ the newest innovation from the developers of PacTrac

With e-InterOfficeMail™ anyone with a web browser can create verified, trackable Interoffice Mail and notify recipients by e-mail. Now that's e-Power!

Here's how it works: from a web browser the Sender selects one or more names from the company directory or personal address book. The Sender selects the type of mail and service level and prints an e-InterOfficeMail™ slip to a standard laser printer. The mail slip is then placed into a clear sleeve on the e-InterOfficeMail™ envelope. That's all there is to it!

e-InterOfficeMail™ is great for Mail Centers, too. Tracking is easy because each item has a unique barcode - it's designed to be integrated with PacTrac. Sorting is a snap as Mail Stops and Routes are verified and printed, not handwritten. You can even sort e-InterOfficeMail™ on automated sorting machines. e-InterOfficeMail™ will save you money on intra-company packages shiped between offices.

FileTrac

FileTrac is an add-on module to the PacTrac software that enables barcode labeling to tracking files, documents and storage/archive inventories. Tools are provided to effortlessly locate and manage paper documents. Portable handheld scanners are utilized to collect data and store signatures.

Users are provided with easy-to-use tools to locate and manage essential information. PacTrac uses portable Palm and Windows Mobile devices to quickly collect data and store signatures.

Purchase Order Interface

Integrate PacTrac with your Purchase Order System and eliminate the need to enter receipt information into more than one database. Items scanned into PacTrac are automatically updated in your Purchase Order System.

This module gives you the ability to interface directly with your Purchase Order System. As you scan an item into PacTrac with a purchase order number attached, the purchase order details and recipient information is retrieved and automatically displayed in PacTrac. The system then simultaneously updates your purchase order during the inbound scanning process.
