Technical Support

Oden Industries, Inc. offers software installations via telephone. Our technicians guide you through installation, system set-up and training. All new users are up and running on the first day.

Oden Industries, Inc. also offers reasonable rates for onsite training and installation for your convenience. It's Fast and Easy! Annual Maintenance and support is included in the first years purchase price. Yearly software upgrades, updated users manuals, and unlimited technical support are also included in the first year purchase.

We offer FREE loaner hardware in the case of repairs - with overnight shipping. An Exclusive password to Client Subscriber page on the Oden Industries website: www.odenindustries.com which provides access to news, profiles, updates and offers not available to the general public. All of our annual maintenance is available by contract in subsequent years.

Oden Industries, Inc. has team members assigned to your account which will concentrate exclusively on your issue, and maintain regular phone contact with you until a satisfactory resolution is achieved. Issues that are not resolved immediately over the phone are given priority status. You will work directly with the technicians who assisted in the development of PacTrac.
